3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
• Free shipping is available on orders exceeding PKR 5,000.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the order is not received during these attempts, it may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
